Parks and Recreation Summer Signup Form

Signups for the Boscawen Parks and Recreation Summer Program will be April 19th from 4:30pm to 6:00pm at 116 North Main Street in the fourth floor meeting room. Please bring payment to guarantee your child’s spot in the program. The program will accept 60 children this year prioritizing full time campers first. There will be a wait list if the camp reaches maximum capacity. If you are unable to attend on April 19th there will be applications in the lobby of the Municipal Building. Applications will not be accepted until April 19th at the sign up night. All applications can be returned to Kearsten O’Brien. Checks can be made out to the “Town of Boscawen” - Please add your child’s first and last name in the memo.
